Itr's a delibeerate choice they made, not a bug.īioware are claiming that, the lip synching gets messed up without locking the cutscenes to 30 FPS, it's also not as big an issue if no actual gameplay is affected, eg Quick Time Events during cutscenes, I don't know of any.
